What we do, and what it costs
Three tiers. Start with the diagnosis, take the fixes, or hand the whole social presence over.
Brand Diagnostic
A complete look at what's inconsistent — issues only, not fixes.
$395 one-time
General price — your quote may differ.
- Social media consistency review — voice, visuals, bios, across every platform you run
- Website review using Nebbia's diagnostic tool
- Where your brand contradicts itself, documented
- Written list of issues found — no fix instructions included
Most chosen
Diagnose & Repair
Everything in the Brand Diagnostic, plus clear direction to fix it.
$1,250 one-time
$800 if you're on the Brand Management plan
General price — your quote may differ.
- Everything in Brand Diagnostic
- A full in-depth meeting walking you through everything we found — not just a document dropped in your inbox
- Optional follow-up meeting with your web developers, so fixes get handed off directly to whoever implements them
- Website: the exact fixes needed, written for your team to implement
- Socials: we update them for you, or send exact copy to paste
- A prioritized order to work through it in
Brand Management
A done-for-you retainer for your social presence only — not a monitoring subscription.
$1,000 /month, minimum
General price — your quote may differ.
Limited availability — please confirm current openings before planning around this tier.
- 1 post per day (~30 posts/month) — more available if you need them
- Up to 5 social platforms, your choice — additional accounts available on request
- Diagnose & Repair at $800 instead of $1,250 while you're on the plan
- Weekly strategy meeting, cadence adjustable
- Content created, scheduled and published by Nebbia
- Your input is solicited on direction and content; formal pre-publish sign-off isn't required by default
- Ongoing brand consistency checks across your social accounts
- Priority support
- Custom scope by quote
- Not included: the website brand diagnostic and website fixes. This tier covers social only — add the website side with Diagnose & Repair at $800.
Add-on
Follow-up verification scan — $200
Available to Diagnose & Repair clients after the initial engagement. This is the scan only: a re-run to confirm your fixes are holding and to surface anything new. It does not include new fix guidance, social updates, or implementation work — if new issues need repair, that's quoted separately.

Common questions
What's the difference between the $200 verification scan and Brand Management?
They solve different problems. The verification scan is a one-time re-run of the diagnostic for past Diagnose & Repair clients — it tells you whether your fixes are holding. Brand Management is hands-on execution: we're creating, scheduling and publishing your content every day and meeting with you weekly. The scan is not a substitute for management.
Do I have to approve every post under Brand Management?
Not by default — that's what makes it a done-for-you retainer rather than a bottleneck. We actively solicit your input on direction and content, and your engagement agreement covers content approval rights and a revision or takedown process. For new engagements we typically recommend an approval period for the first 30 days or so while we calibrate your voice.
How many platforms and posts do I get?
Brand Management covers up to five social platforms of your choice, with one post per day — roughly 30 posts a month. Both the posting volume and the account count can go up on request. Neither is unlimited by default; anything beyond the standard scope gets quoted.
Why is Diagnose & Repair cheaper if I'm on Brand Management?
Because we're already in your social accounts. Running them daily means the social half of the work is something we're doing anyway, so the diagnostic costs us less to produce and we pass that through — $800 instead of $1,250 while you're on the plan. It's also how you get the website side covered, since Brand Management is social only.
Do I just get a document, or do you walk me through it?
Diagnose & Repair includes a full in-depth meeting where we go through everything we found and what to do about it. If your website is handled by an outside developer or agency, we'll also sit down with them directly in a follow-up meeting so the fixes get handed off properly instead of getting lost in a forwarded PDF.
Why don't you just list a fixed price?
Because the work isn't fixed. A single-location business running two platforms and a five-page site is a different job from a multi-location operation running five platforms with a site nobody has touched in three years. The figures on this page are general prices that reflect a typical engagement — they're there so you know roughly what range you're in before you get on a call. Your quote comes out of the consultation, and it's a real number we stand behind.
Can I start small?
Yes, and most people should. The $395 Brand Diagnostic tells you what's actually wrong before you commit to anything larger. If you decide to go further from there, we'll talk about what makes sense.
